pUSB8 | Connect your Garmin directly to a USB port! We send you our new
USB-G4 converter together with a
pD8 cable. The combination is 6 1/2 feet long. You can unplug them and use the pD8 with a normal serial port. And you can use the USB-G4 for other serial devices that need to plug into a COM port. We send you both cables for one low price. Microsoft signed/approved USB virtual COM port driver software for Windows 98 thru XP are included on the tiny CD, 3 clicks and you're good to go. Garmin Mapsource 4.0 and above, Delorme, GPSU, and all the popular applications work with our unit. ( Note: Maximum transfer rate is 115k baud just like a normal COM port.
